Suitable for primary and secondary headteachers and senior leaders, this session, hosted by our education business, Entrust, will support you in meeting the headteacher standards, with strategies to enable you to:

09.00 - 09.05: Arrival and networking  

09.10 – 09.15: Welcome & Introduction: Caroline Johnson; Entrust  

09:15 - 11:00: Hannah Wilson; Headteacher at Aureus School “Nurturing Hearts and Minds” - Hannah is the founding Headteacher of Aureus School and Aureus Primary School, two start-up/ new build schools in Oxfordshire. She will share her experience of creating a values led ethos and she will reflect on how the Aureus team have developed a holistic education model to ‘nurture the hearts and the minds’ of the whole child  

1:00-11:15: Refreshment break and networking  

11.15 – 12.00: Hannah Wilson; Headteacher at Aureus School “Values-led leadership”. A practical session discussing your vision and values

At times, items flagged have resulted in pupils gaining additional support from relevant agencies and being effectively safeguarded.
