About this event

The institute will be holding a spring conference at the Queen’s Hotel, Leeds on the 15th and 16th May 2018. This event brings together the welfare benefits and revenues and enforcement conferences that have taken place at different venues and at different times in previous years. The conference will as always be supported by an exhibition.

There are to be two separate streams running throughout the conference; one focusing on Welfare Benefits and the other on Revenues and Enforcement.

Will we be seeing you at this year’s conference?

For over 30 years we’ve been the market leader and a trusted partner for handling revenues services for councils - evolving with new legislation, technology, and way of working.

Find out how we are providing on-demand access to additional resource and capacity support to council’s in-house revenues and benefits.

'At the end of the day the crucial factor for the host is the quality, competence and attitude of the individual. We found that Brian Johnson was excellent in all these regards. The support and communication to us as the host authority from Capita has always been of a high standard'
