Established in 1990, MIPIM gathers the most influential international property players from the office, residential, retail, healthcare, sport, logistics and industrial sectors for 4 days of networking, learning and transaction.

Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure are attending with their team filled with property experts from across the industry, incorporating GL Hearn, ready to meet, learn, share ideas and best practice. They will be located at the London Stand at the GL Hearn meeting lounge and also supporting the UK Government Pavilion, at the Manchester City Stand and at the West Midlands Combined Authority pavilion.

Tuesday 13th March

11:30am - 12:15pm - What role universities play: blurring the boundaries between city and campus

This session is focused on a brand new city district investment opportunity at "The Crescent" and comes from the joint master planning work with the University. This involves 99Ha of real estate, significant residential growth, cultural and soulful opportunities and not to mention a University with 20,000 students and a £200 million capital programme.
