Entrust, our joint venture with Staffordshire County Council is a specialist provider of education services to schools.
Tell us about your role at Capita Local Public Services?

I started with Entrust on the 22nd May this year and my role with Entrust was created to support their Growth agenda. The majority of Entrust’s customers are currently in Staffordshire but the plan is to expand the brand and footprint of Entrust on a National level

What is your biggest success or proudest moment at Capita?

So far… seeing the implementation of our CRM which went live on the 1.9.17 and we now have over 100 people trained and using the system and this, coupled with recruitment of our new sales team, puts us in a great position to start to implement our plans for growth

If you could describe Capita in three words, what would it be?

BIG! Challenging Interesting

What do you like most about your role?

The diversity of the Entrust offering means that no two days are the same and we have a broad range of people and personalities in the business.  The people in Entrust are really supportive of the changes we are making and there is a sense that everyone wants you to succeed

Tell us something people might not know about Capita Local Public Services?

After only starting with Capita a few months ago, I’m still finding out myself

When you were a child, what did you dream of being when you grew up?

A ballerina of course!

What do you do in your spare time?

There’s not a lot of that but my favourite time to myself is when I’m talking long walks with my two dogs, Lola a golden retriever and Kimmi a flat coat retriever

If you had to eat just one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?

My mom’s lasagne

What was the best piece of advice you ever received?

Be kind to everyone and do what you enjoy

 I was the youngest female licensee in the West Midlands (back in the day)
