Charity Week 2015

Earlier this month, employees from across Capita took part in our 11th annual charity week, raising money for our chosen charity The Prince's Trust.

The money is still coming in, but so far we have raised over £17,500.

During our charity week, Capita employees take part in a whole host of fun activities to raise money. This year the theme was ‘The Voice’, with a voice talent competition as the main event. Alongside this we ran a company-wide online auction and charity calendar sale.

Teams, offices and individuals across Capita also held their own events, including a super hero fancy dress competition, a wear red day, a Q&A session with the directors, bake sales, a stair race challenge, raffles and quizzes to raise even more money.

"We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Capita for their incredible support during Charity Week. We are delighted that so many employees took part in a variety of activities and put Capita’s values into action through exciting fundraising activities. By getting involved you really were able to give young people A VOICE this Charity Week. Capita’s continued support is crucial in transforming the lives of even more disadvantaged young people who need our help the most."

Your staff have been absolutely fantastic this year with our children. It has been great for the children to see a familiar smiling face arrive every week for their dedicated reading time
