Introducing Robert Fleming Head of Regeneration and Assets for Urban Vision

Urban Vision, our joint venture with Salford City Council, are delighted to welcome Robert Fleming as the new Head of Regeneration and Assets.

Robert’s role involves consideration of how assets are performing in terms of operation, income, energy consumption, maintenance, repairs and life cycle costs and establishing opportunities to improve the economy, accessibility, transport, housing and education.

His responsibilities at Urban Vision involve growing the business by bringing new clients who can benefit from its areas of expertise, which lie in physical regeneration and economic development.

Robert has previously worked extensively in the private sector, including his own regeneration consultancy and within local government.

The project incorporated green infrastructure by using sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS). SuDS reduce flood risk and improve water quality by slowing down rainwater flow.
