Delivering high quality, employability, skills and training services

We work in partnership with schools, academies and local authorities to support young people and adults to develop their employability and skills

Our services include employment and skills programmes, services for young people and adults, apprenticeship and traineeship delivery and targeted interventions to disadvantaged groups, including the undertaking of transfer reviews and the formulation of education, health and care plans for customers with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

We support schools and academies to facilitate their work experience offer supporting their pupils to gain vital skills and show employers what they can contribute to the world of work

We help schools, academies and local authorities to meet their statutory obligations with regards to providing careers guidance and supporting NEETs

We work with local authorities and academies to help them deliver their apprenticeship programmes

We work with schools, local authorities and local communities to raise the profile of STEM related careers

Delivering a full range of learning, development and consultancy services for local authorities, we help develop, empower and motivate your employees to deliver the very best services for your organisation
